We build the software we run your ads with.

Digimax manages Amazon Sponsored Products for client brands. The tool doing the work is Autopilot, which we wrote, which we run daily on live accounts, and which we answer for when it is wrong. It proposes every change with the evidence behind it, and a person approves that change before it reaches your account. Meanwhile, in most accounts, a search term that has never converted is billing you again this week for the lesson it taught you last week.

Most agencies rent their tools. We build ours.

A rented dashboard hands every agency the same buttons. What it will not do is the work that actually separates one account from another: reading what shoppers really typed, cutting the terms that only spend, and promoting the ones that earn into a place where they can be controlled.

That work is unglamorous, it compounds, and it does not scale by hand, so in most accounts it happens once, in the first month, and then never again. We wrote our own tool because that loop is the job.

What we do

Sponsored Products, end to end.

  • Campaign structure.

    The account is built so a term can be discovered, tested, and then isolated once it proves itself. A campaign that mixes discovery with performance can never tell you which of the two you paid for.

  • Search term harvesting.

    The search term report is read as the primary document of the account, not as a monthly formality. It is the only page in your account written by your customers rather than by you.

  • Keyword negation.

    Terms that spend without converting are cut on a schedule, not whenever somebody remembers to look. Left alone, a losing search term does not expire. It renews.

  • Bid and budget control.

    Bids move against what a term has actually earned, and budgets sit under ceilings that were set on purpose. A ceiling nobody set is still a ceiling. You just meet it by accident.

  • Reporting that says whether it worked.

    What we changed, what it cost, what came back, in that order. A report that needs a translator is usually translating something.

    Autopilot proposes. A person disposes.

    Autopilot is our own tool for exactly that loop. We wrote it, we run it on the accounts we manage, and we are the ones who answer for it when it gets something wrong.

    What it does

    • Creates campaigns
    • Harvests search terms
    • Negates the terms that only spend
    • Graduates the earners to exact match
    • Controls bids and budgets

    What it is not allowed to do

    • Change a live account without a person approving it
    • Propose a change without the evidence behind it
    • Spend past the safety limits, whatever it suggests

    The reason it stops at a person is not caution for its own sake. Software that can spend your money without asking is not a feature, it is a liability. So ours was built without that power: every change waits for a human yes, and hard spending limits sit underneath the whole thing that no suggestion of its own can lift.
